Hi, I'm Rhonda de Silva — a 3x certified Permanent Makeup (PMU) artist and educator with a deep passion for beauty and precision. Originally from Sri Lanka, I moved to Canada in the early 2000s, bringing with me a lifelong love for aesthetics and an eye for detail.
My journey in PMU began with foundational training in Canada, and I later refined my skills with advanced certifications from the renowned S Academy in both Russia and Portugal. These global experiences have shaped my technique and approach, blending artistry with the highest international standards.
For me, beauty is more than skin deep — it’s about empowering women and helping them feel confident in their own skin. I believe in consistency, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in every service I provide. Your confidence is my canvas, and I’m here to help you feel your absolute best.

Talia Haleem is a dynamic force in the beauty industry, bringing a diverse, multicultural perspective to her role as Chief Legal Officer at Matsuge LK. Raised in Canada and now based in the United Kingdom, Talia combines her global background with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in International Law.
Her passion for beauty, paired with sharp legal expertise, plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s operations and ensuring that every aspect of the client experience is built on trust, quality, and exceptional care.
With a profound commitment to integrity, professionalism, and excellence, Talia is dedicated to advancing Matsuge’s mission: empowering women to feel radiant and confident in their own skin.
